C++ a history and overview

C++
C++ actually stands for Classes plus plus. C which stands for classes did not provide enough for the growing needs of programmers. Thus C++ was born. It was created by the same person who created C. His name was Bjarne Stroustrup. He was a danish computer scientist. C++ is good for userspace applications. However, C is far better for kernels. C++ hides many of the many memory routines that a kernel would use. C++ is also very simple compared to C. C and C++ are both compiled languages. They can be directly run by the systems CPU. Common compilers for these languages include MS visual studio and personal favorite, albeit a toolchain, GCC. C++ files end in ".cpp" or ".h". IDE's are used to make the development of programs more efficient IDE stands for integrated development environment.

Horribly designed sites and a site I feel is fine how it is

I think that http://cavs.mit.edu/ is very poorly designed. It lacks even the most basic design and navigation. The site is sloppy and not put together well.On top of it all it meant to professional which makes it worse.

The site: http://chiptune.com/ came in as the worst website navigation on the 2011 list. However, it hardly seems it is meant for practical use.Therefore, it does not matter it may be difficult to navigate. I really like this page.
Chiptune is the 8th worst website to navigate in 2011

Beware: Your TV is watching you

Verizon's new cable box watches you!

In 2012 Verizon filed a patent for a cable box with infrared cameras and microphones. Your TV is now watching you watch it. It will record your expressions and voice. This will be sent to advertisers in order to determine which commercials to show. So, say you laugh at a commercial this may mean you like the commercial. The TV will then show you a similar commercial. However, if you show dislike or distaste towards the commercial it will show you a different one. This in my opinion is a huge violation of privacy. So, I would stay away from Verizon for their TV service. Internet and phone should be ok though. Finally, below I have listed a link to the patent, a diagram from the patent page (with link) and a link to another article about this.
